Management

Since 1 January 2007 the duties and powers of management are described in a document (‘directiestatuut’). This document describes the responsibilities of the managing director to make sure that the compliance of the Fund administration is in place. The day-to-day business is monitored by at least two natural persons of the management team.

Based on this document the managing director and the management team are responsible for the implementation of the investment policy. The professional standards and reliability of the management team members are monitored by the regulators (DNB (De Nederlandsche Bank) and Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM)).

Since 1 january 2009 the day-to-day management of Pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering is the responsibility of managing director Paul Braams and his management team. The management team consists of the following members:
